You need to download our Coolfix App via Apple store or Google Playstore and create a Coolfix account. Once done, you may start to make a booking via the app.
If you need to communicate with the technician regarding your booking, you may use the In-app chat function. You can only start to communicate with the technician after he accepted your booking.
Yes, we provide a standard 30 days workmanship warranty (labour) from the date your job was completed.
If your completed job is still within 30 days workmanship warranty, go to side bar menu’s “Job History” and choose the specific “Completed” job. Then use the In-app chat to message the technician directly.
We take pride in providing reliable, experienced and certified technicians to our customers. Therefore, you are unable to specify your preferred technicians, but rest assured they are all trustworthy and competent.
What should I do if I am not satisfied or have a dispute with the service provided by the technician

Management may impose $40 penalty if cancellation notification is less than 2 hours.

It depends on your condo building management. We strongly advise that you check with them regarding the entry requirements. If there are any required details kindly let the technician know immediately.

-Normal service for 1 Fan Coil Unit: $60
-Normal Service x 2 Fan Coil Unit: $76.00
*Additional Fan Coil Unit shall be charge at $38 per unit
(For example: Normal Service of 3 Fan Coil Unit: $38 x 3 = $114)
-Checking fee: $60 per trip
-Standard Transport Charge: $60
-Above prices exclude applicable GST
-Applicable for wall mounted, ceiling cassette and ceiling suspend unit within 3.2 meters high.
